1. Accommodation confirmation e-mail will be sent to your reserved e-mail address within three working days. If you do not receive it, please contact us at icopen@youngac.cn.
住宿确认邮件大约在三个工作内发送至您预留邮箱，如未收到，请与 icopen@youngac.cn 联系。

2. We will only reserve a room for you once your booking guarantee has been paid. Upon arrival, attendees are kindly requested to settle the accommodation fee at the hotel front desk. Upon check-out, please remember to request a corresponding invoice.
我们仅在您担保金支付成功后为您预订房间。 抵达酒店时，请与会者在酒店前台支付住宿费用，退房时可申请领取相应发票。

3. If attendees wish to cancel their hotel reservation after paying the booking guarantee, the following guidelines for booking guarantee refund will be followed:
与会者在支付担保金后如希望修改酒店预订，退还准则如下：
- Before November 6: Free cancellation is allowed, and the booking guarantee will be fully refunded. 11月6日之前：允许免费取消，预订担保金全数退回。
- After November 6, the 100% booking guarantee will be forfeited. 11月6日之后取消预订，预订担保金不可退。
- Refund processing time: approximately 14 working days. 退款时间：约14个工作日。
